Hello, I’m Kelsey, founder of Highland Hosting.

Based in Fort William and inspired by the beauty of the surrounding Highlands, I work closely with property owners to create welcoming holiday homes that guests love returning to.

Highland Hosting began in 2023 when I took on my first property and quickly realised how much care, attention to detail, and consistency can transform both a guest’s stay and an owner’s experience. With a love of homes, interiors, and hands-on DIY, I naturally found myself drawn to the world of property hosting.

Alongside running Highland Hosting, I work as a primary teacher and am a mum to two boys, so life is always busy but it’s a balance that has shaped the way I approach homes, organisation, and creating spaces that feel cared for and welcoming.

As the business has grown, I knew maintaining high standards meant building the right team. That’s how Highland Housekeepers was created, a dedicated cleaning team focused on keeping every property spotless, beautifully presented, and ready for each new arrival.

Today, Highland Hosting offers a thoughtful and reliable approach to holiday let management. From guest communication and property preparation to the small details that make a stay special, every home is cared for with attention, consistency, and long-term value in mind.
